A dive mask on the forehead has traditionally been a signal of distress. Close but no cigar if you answered the Poseidon Adventure. This Blood N Bubble action thriller was Beyond the Poseidon Adventure, the sequel to that Oscar winning 1972 blockbuster hit. Like the first movie, this story concerns an ocean liner that has turned turtle with many of the passengers clinging to life in trapped air pockets inside the ship. Early film makers perfected the technique of shooting Day for Night (filming in the day and making it look like night); Director Irwin Allen (Flipper) developed shooting Up for Down. The passengers have to claw their away across the ceiling and up/down through the decks to safety. All the scuba shots were done in studio.
